Requirements
- Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- 1+ years of prior experience as a Cook (preferred)
- 2+ years of prior experience in a similar setting (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Demonstrate attention to detail with plate presentation and maintain solid menu knowledge
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service
- Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups
- Collaborate as a team and assist with guest needs and inquiries
