Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and managing machine learning models in production, with initial experience in management or leading teams. Proficiency in Python and its ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required, along with a solid understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ML deployment frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow), and familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow) are necessary. Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential, and knowledge of DataBricks is a plus.
The Machine Learning Tech Lead will oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring the team adheres to DevOps best practices and improves process automation. They will lead, mentor, and manage a team of ML engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration. The role also involves creating technical documentation and conducting code reviews.
