Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of management experience leading machine learning-focused teams, at least 6 years of experience working with machine learning models at scale, and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including training, evaluation, and deployment of large-scale models, is required, as is experience with ads or engagement modeling, particularly with a focus on media interactions.
Responsibilities
The Machine Learning Manager will set a technical vision and strategy for engagement modeling, driving technical execution across the entire model development lifecycle, leading and mentoring a high-performing team of ML talent, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams, and innovating in ML architecture by implementing and optimizing model architectures tailored for engagement prediction using deep learning and advanced machine learning techniques.
