Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML engineering roles. Required skills include 3+ years of experience with AWS services for ML such as SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions, proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes/EKS, and 3+ years of experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, TensorFlow Serving, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring/logging tools. Experience in the healthcare domain with claims or EHR data, familiarity with NLP, Bayesian modeling, or real-time ML systems, and AWS certifications are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The MLOps Engineer will build and scale machine learning solutions for the healthcare revenue cycle, focusing on operationalizing ML models and ensuring deployment pipelines. Responsibilities include developing scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring using AWS services, implementing infrastructure as code and CI/CD workflows, and collaborating with data scientists to productionize ML models. The role also involves monitoring model performance and data drift, implementing automated retraining and alerting, improving ML workflows using tools like SageMaker and Kubernetes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and security best practices.
