Requirements

Candidates should have experience in one or more areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics, optimization, operations research, Generative AI, or other highly numerate domains. They should have developed scientific software as part of a multidisciplinary team, familiarity with engineering best practices, including CI/CD, unit and integration testing, peer code reviews, and modular code design, and previous experience with Python. Exposure to major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP is required, along with experience with common database technologies, including good SQL knowledge and/or experience with NoSQL or big data technologies. Experience designing and/or building customer-centric software products is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will work as part of a team to design, build, and maintain AI applications and AI tooling, seeing their outputs deployed and used by both internal ProServe teams and a diverse customer base. They will contribute to the future of the Peak platform by providing feedback, collaborate with other ML Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders, and carry out independent technical research tasks. They will also be responsible for empathizing with users and communicating articulately with them, and building amazing machine-learning powered software products for customers.
