Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript is required, along with familiarity in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, and NumPy. Experience with training and evaluating machine learning models, dataset preparation, labelling, or data processing workflows is necessary. Understanding of ML evaluation strategies, model optimization techniques, and responsible AI practices is expected. Familiarity with deploying ML models using inference platforms or cloud services and exposure to MLOps tools are required. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration are essential. Experience with AI Productivity tools, methods of training and fine-tuning large language models, and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of machine learning solutions, including large language models and modern AI techniques. They will support the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts, run experiments to assess model performance, and help generate, clean, and curate datasets. Responsibilities include fine-tuning and evaluating pre-trained models, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-quality ML features, and implementing evaluation protocols for bias, robustness, and safety. The role also involves developing and maintaining training and deployment pipelines using MLOps practices and contributing to responsible AI practices.
