Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience deploying machine learning models in production environments. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy machine learning models to power growth initiatives, including customer segmentation, churn prediction, personalization, campaign optimization, and recommendation systems. They will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product managers to translate business questions into measurable ML solutions, evaluate and select appropriate algorithms, develop and maintain data pipelines, integrate ML models into product systems via APIs or batch/streaming services, monitor model performance, contribute to experimentation frameworks, ensure best practices in model validation, and continuously improve existing systems. Furthermore, they will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
