Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support within agreed SLA agreements. This role involves managing various Microsoft 365 services, ensuring governance and compliance, and supporting customer environments.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
- On-call assistance and/or escalation may be required outside of standard hours.
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operations.
- Manage Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune / Autopilot etc.).
- Manage Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Defender Suite.
- Experience with M365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.).
- Experience with Hybrid Environments using Microsoft 365 Services.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Lighthouse / Partner Centre.
- ITIL certification.
- Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and/or IT Industry Certifications.
- Mandatory: "Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert" OR one of the following prerequisites:
- Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Teams Administrator Associate
- Identify and Access Administrator Associate
- Security Operations Associate
- Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
- Any other valid Microsoft certificate is desired.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Microsoft development experience with GRAPH, PowerShell scripting, GitHub, Power Apps.
- Experience implementing Microsoft/Office 365 services.
- Experience with Access & Privilege Cloud Platforms.
- Modern Work management around Apple support services.
- Wintel experience around servers and Active Directory services.
- Virtual Private Networking.
- Antivirus Technologies.
- Backup Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support or higher within agreed SLA agreements.
- Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes as per company/customer standards (ITIL Framework).
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customer environments.
- Provide escalated support from neighbouring support teams.
- Create knowledgebase articles and process documents.
- Assist with the generation and review of customer Monthly 365 / Intune reports and present findings.
