Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support within agreed SLA agreements. This role involves managing various Microsoft 365 services, ensuring governance and compliance, and supporting customer environments.


Schedule

  • Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
  • On-call assistance and/or escalation may be required outside of standard hours.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operations.
  • Manage Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune / Autopilot etc.).
  • Manage Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Defender Suite.
  • Experience with M365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.).
  • Experience with Hybrid Environments using Microsoft 365 Services.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Lighthouse / Partner Centre.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and/or IT Industry Certifications.
  • Mandatory: "Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert" OR one of the following prerequisites:
    • Endpoint Administrator Associate
    • Teams Administrator Associate
    • Identify and Access Administrator Associate
    • Security Operations Associate
    • Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
  • Any other valid Microsoft certificate is desired.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • Microsoft development experience with GRAPH, PowerShell scripting, GitHub, Power Apps.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft/Office 365 services.
  • Experience with Access & Privilege Cloud Platforms.
  • Modern Work management around Apple support services.
  • Wintel experience around servers and Active Directory services.
  • Virtual Private Networking.
  • Antivirus Technologies.
  • Backup Technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support or higher within agreed SLA agreements.
  • Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes as per company/customer standards (ITIL Framework).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customer environments.
  • Provide escalated support from neighbouring support teams.
  • Create knowledgebase articles and process documents.
  • Assist with the generation and review of customer Monthly 365 / Intune reports and present findings.
