Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed integration plans with clear timelines, critical paths, and milestones
  • Plan and lead integration team meetings
  • Coordinate and manage activities across various workstreams (e.g., EHS, Product, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues to ensure the integration plan stays on schedule
  • Track progress against the integration plan, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make adjustments as needed
  • Develop and document process flows for current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
  • Lead communication efforts, prepare weekly updates and status reports, and provide regular stakeholder updates
  • Document integration lessons learned and refine the integration playbook to drive efficiencies and adopt best practices
