Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at the Graduate Level, pursuing a Masters Degree in Film/TV production, Arts, Library Science or related field (Undergraduate students will NOT be considered)
  • Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Ability to work a consistent, reliable full-time on site work schedule throughout the internship (June 1st, 2026 - August 28th, 2026)
  • Provide own housing during the internship program in the San Francisco, CA area and have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Experience with Avid Media Composer and other equivalent non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere
  • Proven strength in organization, detail and interpersonal communication
  • Experience logging video content and entering metadata
  • Knowledge of various camera types/formats/codecs
  • Experience using various database tools, like FileMaker Pro
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Google Suite
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Helping with ingesting video assets
  • Development database
  • Logging metadata
  • Providing operational support to the Video Asset Management team
  • Transcoding and importing new video assets
  • Researching, collecting, and logging material
  • Maintaining accurate metadata entry in various asset management databases and tracking tools
  • Archiving camera original sources
