Requirements

  • Provisionally licensed as LSW pursuing LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Masters of Social Work program
  • Approved by the PA State Board as LSW and meets all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure
  • Must live and be seeking licensure in Pennsylvania where services are provided
  • Reside within 45 minutes of the Philadelphia, PA office location
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
  • Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children with support)
  • Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Ability to work in the office for the probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)

Responsibilities

  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Offer 25+ hours of clinical availability per week (for ramp stipend eligibility)
  • Conduct client visits, intakes, and diagnoses (as applicable)
  • Treat clients for behavioral health needs, including depression, anxiety, couples, and children
  • Participate in administrative time, including supervisory meetings
  • Engage in monthly peer consultations and professional development
  • Build and manage caseload with company support
