Requirements

Provisionally licensed as LSW pursuing LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour Masters of Social Work program
Approved by the PA State Board as LSW and meets all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure
Must live and be seeking licensure in Pennsylvania where services are provided
Reside within 45 minutes of the Philadelphia, PA office location
Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children with support)
Strong character: integrity, openness, commitment to quality care
Flexibility in work schedule
Ability to work in the office for the probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
Offer 25+ hours of clinical availability per week (for ramp stipend eligibility)
Conduct client visits, intakes, and diagnoses (as applicable)
Treat clients for behavioral health needs, including depression, anxiety, couples, and children
Participate in administrative time, including supervisory meetings
Engage in monthly peer consultations and professional development
Build and manage caseload with company support
