LPC Associate - Full Time Hybrid at Thriveworks

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a range of $55,000 - $65,000, which could vary based on number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Total compensation includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities based on session volume and licensure.

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring clinicians to live in Georgia, reside within 45 minutes of the Cumming, GA office, work in the office during the probationary period, and then follow a 50% in-office and 50% remote model. Full-time availability is 30 hours/week with 25 client visits and 5 hours administrative time.

Candidates must be provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Georgia State Licensure as an LPC, graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program, approved by the board as a Graduate, with post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety. Preferred experience includes independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor.
