Provisionally licensed individual pursuing Connecticut Licensure as an LPC
Must live and be seeking licensure in Connecticut
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Approved by the board as an LPC Associate
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
Full-time availability (30 hours/week – 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with support)
Strong character: integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care
Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location in New Haven, CT
Ability to work in the office for the probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
Offer 25+ hours of availability per week for clinical hours (to qualify for ramp stipend)
Conduct client visits (25+ per week)
Participate in administrative time including supervisory meetings (5 hours/week)
Treat clients, including depression, anxiety, couples, and children (with support)
Independently conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5 under supervision (based on experience)
