Requirements

Responsibilities
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Exportdokumenten (z. B. Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, Frachtpapiere, Zollpapiere)
- Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Sendungen (Luft-, See- und Landtransporte)
- Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Zollbehörden und internen Fachabteilungen (z. B. Logistik, Customer Service, Produktion)
- Buchung und Nachverfolgung von Transportaufträgen in SAP
- Kontrolle und Archivierung von Versandunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen im Bereich Versand
- Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen und digitalen Projekten (z. B. SAP /4HANA, Digitalisierung von Versandabläufen)
