Responsibilities
Supervises Game Presenters with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service while fostering a culture of cooperation, accountability, and professionalism
Assist in thoughtful hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, ensures departmental and regulatory compliance
Oversees Game Presenter shifts schedules for games to ensure consistent game coverage and appropriate staffing levels and steps-in as a Game Presenter when needed
Promptly resolves guest issues, corrects any mistakes made by game presenters or caused by technical malfunctions, and addresses or escalates technical problems as they arise
Supervise daily operations, uphold department and regulatory standards, resolve guest complaints, and support ongoing training and employee engagement
