Responsibilities

Develop systems, products, and/or processes based on a total systems perspective
Consult, plan, analyze, design, develop, test, assure quality, configure, install, implement, integrate, maintain, and manage systems
Maintain a diverse set of skills across multiple technical disciplines with recognized expertise in multiple disciplines and advanced knowledge of multiple mature and emerging technologies
Work across organizational boundaries, both internally and externally, and drive the relationship between technical solutions and business needs of customers
Analyze, define, and document customer needs and required functionality
Design, develop, and test theoretical and/or physical models and develop system design, considering operational impacts, performance, testing, manufacturing, cost, schedule, training, maintenance, and support
Perform system level design trade analysis, review and approve system specifications and description documents, determine how a system is to be built, tested, and implemented, plan system development execution, and ensure adherence to appropriate standards, policies, principles, and practices
Analyze system capacity and performance to support problem resolution and system enhancements and monitor systems tests
Respond to inquiries from a variety of sources to provide technical assistance, consultation, advice, and support
Regularly provide advice and recommend actions and solutions involving complex issues
