Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in residential property damage claims within a P&C environment
  • 2+ years in a leadership/people manager role with proven success in coaching and team development
  • Strong knowledge of Xactimate and virtual inspections
  • P&C Adjuster license required
  • Ability to lead change, think creatively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus
