Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Abarca Health

The position is onsite at the new Boston, MA clinic.

The team consists of clinicians, operators, builders, and technologists from companies like One Medical, Forward Health, Stanford, Hinge Health, Palantir, The Four Seasons, and Brightline, working in an interdisciplinary model with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, health coaches, and peer support specialists.

Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, psychoeducation and support to patients' families, partnering with clinical staff and community partners, and helping patients navigate health and social services systems while building trust-based relationships.
