This is a Fee for Service position with earning potential of $55,000 - $65,000, which could vary based on number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Total compensation details will be discussed by the recruiter during the interview.
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring full-time availability of 30 hours/week (25 client visits and 5 hours administrative). Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the office in Columbia, MD, work in the office during the probationary period, then transition to 50% in office and 50% remote.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program, approved by the board as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland, with graduate or post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety, and independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM under supervision.
