Responsibilities

  • Edit manuscripts to ensure accuracy, currency, relevance, and consistency with house style
  • Coordinate with external editorial support teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of updated content
  • Utilize project management skills to meet publishing schedules and implement agreed plans for enhancements within commercial parameters
  • Develop awareness of practice area developments, legislative reforms, case law, and trends impacting the portfolio and collaborate with authors to translate these developments into enhancements for customers
  • Build knowledge of key customer segments including personas, behaviors, usage, and expectations in order to develop and maintain content in line with customer needs
  • Be responsible for the development and commercial success of the portfolio
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with authors, customers, and internal stakeholders, including Sales and Marketing teams
