Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience at a law firm or asset management firm, with prior experience in a relevant marketing/distribution compliance role. Knowledge of alternative investments and European marketing regulations such as AIFMD, MiFID, and CBDF is highly desirable. Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively and work independently as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for reviewing marketing materials, due diligence responses, investor communications, and other reporting across various investment strategies from a legal, regulatory, and compliance perspective. They will advise on fund marketing and distribution matters, assess and manage regulatory and business risks, and serve as an EMEA subject matter expert for the Private Wealth business. Additionally, the Associate will assist in maintaining internal policies and procedures, developing educational materials and trainings, and providing jurisdictional guidance on European marketing regimes.
