Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Commercial Operations (healthcare, pharma, or B2B preferred)
  • Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and SQL
  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs, funnel metrics, order, sales, channel, and performance analytics
  • Experience in data governance, dashboard architecture, and cross-system data integration (SFDC, ERP systems, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence non-technical audiences
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail-oriented execution and high-level business vision
  • Strong project management and complex problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of company-wide Power BI dashboards and analytical tools
  • Define, align, and standardize KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and data models across BUs
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure cross-functional consistency and traceability
  • Collaborate closely with the data governance team to establish clear dashboard access control, authorization, and oversight mechanisms, ensuring dashboard security, compliance, and responsible usage
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and “one source of truth” across all business reporting systems
  • Work closely with Leadership, BU, Marketing and Finance functions to translate business needs into data-driven insights
  • Deliver analytical reports and ad-hoc analyses to support management reviews and business decisions
  • Drive automation and visualization innovation to enhance reporting timeliness and efficiency
  • Introduce advanced analytics and storytelling techniques to increase impact and adoption
  • Act as data steward and analytics lead within Central Data Team; coach and mentor junior BI developers and analysts
  • Promote data-driven culture through cross-functional enablement initiatives
