Requirements

  • Hold a PhD (or equivalent experience) in a scientific field such as applied math, physics, electrical engineering, data science
  • Significant experience with tracking technologies, specifically with Multiple Hypothesis Tracking (MHT) or related algorithms
  • Expertise using C++ programming language
  • Ability to perform experiment design, performance modeling and simulation runs, and associated test verification and performance analysis
  • Proficient in systems simulation capabilities, Monte Carlo methods, data structures
  • Able to communicate technical foundations of models and algorithms
  • Able to work and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed
  • Even better:
  • Experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas
  • Experience with common software development tools (e.g. Git, Linux, Anaconda, Docker)
  • Expertise using Python or MATLAB for scientific programming, algorithm development, data analysis, and complex visualizations (e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)
  • Active security clearance
