Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional game programming experience
  • At least 1 shipped/published AAA title
  • Deep understanding of game console hardware
  • Experience with game and game-adjacent tools
  • A passion and enthusiasm for playing and developing exceptional games

Responsibilities

  • Work with and lead tools and dev-ops engineering team to develop key game and game-adjacent tools and build systems
  • Work with IT teams to ensure a quality setup for all developers and pipelines
  • Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting product and team quality
  • Develop performant, reliable, and fast iteration tools using proven practices
  • Evolve iteratively existing systems into state-of-the-art solutions
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple tools and build systems. Mentor, develop, and learn from engineering colleagues
  • Be a leadership resource for engineers, facilitate team-building activities, and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance, feedback, and support
