Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in automation testing (Selenium, Ginger, Cucumber, Postman or similar tools)
  • Proficiency in programming languages for test automation (Java or equivalent frameworks)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and cloud tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and monitoring solutions
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, microservices, and modern technology stacks (Kafka, Couchbase, Springboot, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
  • Telecommunication industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced test plans, strategies, and automation solutions
  • Write, execute, and troubleshoot automated and manual test cases for new and existing applications
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) testing across all phases of the customer journey, including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, and customer service
  • Develop integrated testing solutions for systems with cross-organizational dependencies
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
  • Utilize architectural skills to create data and environment strategies supporting scalability, reliability, and security
  • Ensure thorough documentation of test activities, results, and requirement traceability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements for code, processes, and system architecture
  • Leverage AI-powered testing tools to automate test case generation, perform visual regression testing, enhance defect detection, and streamline overall QA workflows
