Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical (engineering) degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or software development, with significant exposure to payments or financial platforms—ideally in large-scale eCommerce or marketplace environments
  • Proven track record of delivering both front-end user-facing products and back-end platform solutions
  • Solid understanding of payments processing, accounting, tax and compliance frameworks
  • Experience driving global product strategies that balance innovation, operational flexibility, and market-specific requirements
  • Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in experimenting, testing hypotheses, and using quantitative/qualitative methods
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives in a matrixed, global environment, influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire action
  • Passion for building products that delight customers and move the business forward

Responsibilities

  • Set the Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Payments Platform initiatives, balancing near-term execution with long-term platform investments
  • Drive Execution: Partner with engineering, analytics, design and other cross-functional teams, delivering end-to-end solutions that span customer-facing experiences, APIs, and core services
  • Enable Scale: Design systems for high availability, reliability, and scalability across multiple geographies, currencies, and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with product, design, data, finance, and operations teams, as well as in-country business leaders, to align on priorities and build scalable global solutions
  • Lead with Data: Leverage analytics, customer insights, and experimentation frameworks to inform product design, validate hypotheses, and measure impact
  • Influence & Inspire: Act as a domain expert and trusted partner across the organization, building alignment from executives to cross-functional teams
