Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Designer, Growth, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts within the Growth team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to drive growth opportunities and build healthy financial habits for Monzo customers. You will conduct user research, translate growth hypotheses into bold experimentation, and advocate for appropriate, intuitive, and accessible user experiences, while also fostering a collaborative and supportive design environment within the team.
