As a Lead Product Designer, Growth, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts within the Growth team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to drive growth opportunities and build healthy financial habits for Monzo customers. You will conduct user research, translate growth hypotheses into bold experimentation, and advocate for appropriate, intuitive, and accessible user experiences, while also fostering a collaborative and supportive design environment within the team.
Digital-only banking platform for consumers
Monzo operates as a digital-only banking platform focused on providing a modern way for individuals to manage their finances. Its main product is a mobile app that allows users to track their income, spending, and savings easily.
