Requirements

5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills
Proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries)
Knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) to automate routine tasks
Ability to solve ambiguous problems when there is no clear answer
Proactively identifies ways to solve bottlenecks and remove blockers
Laser-focused on the final goal, utilising the 80/20 approach to achieve results efficiently
Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment
Identifies impactful opportunities and makes them happen
Triage requests by impact and focuses on main priorities
Strong stakeholder management skills - collaborative, knows how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact

Responsibilities

Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Compliance Managers and other cross-functional partners to improve the Wise product
Enabling your team to make data-driven decisions and prioritise the most impactful opportunities for our customers
Defining KPI’s to guide the team's Product strategy
Finding new, innovative ways of solving problems such as leveraging LLMs to speed up your analysis or improve our product
Being the primary point of contact for all data related questions and have full ownership of the domain
