Expertise in initial piercings and knowledge of allowable alloys (gold and titanium jewelry)
Calm and professional demeanor in piercing services

Knowledge of piercing procedures, risks, aftercare, signs/symptoms of infection, downsizing, and medical concerns/complications

Responsibilities

Oversee the piercing customer journey from greeting, check-in, styling, transaction, service, to aftercare education
Act as a Mejuri ambassador, promote brand and piercing studios, build local clientele
Communicate insights and opportunities on piercing products/services to Store Manager & Store Services
Collaborate with Store Manager on improvements to piercing studio flow and processes
Work with store staff to update schedule and online booking service
Explain proper aftercare tailored to materials and individual needs; inform clients of infection signs/symptoms
Thoroughly explain service procedures, risks, and medical concerns; identify contraindications
Oversee and manage all aspects of the piercing studio with Store Services team and Store Manager
Support inventory management and feedback to ensure optimal quantities and assortment
Maintain health and safety standards, internal protocols, local guidelines, studio cleanliness, sharps, and biohazard management
