Requirements

  • 5+ years' relevant industry experience in merchandising and/or product creation, in a vertical or wholesale environment
  • Footwear, apparel and/or equipment merchandising experience
  • Understanding of retail key performance indicators and profit-based metrics

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Men’s NSW Footwear – Air Max Vault business
  • Help craft the future strategy
  • Develop long-range line plans
  • Create seasonal assortments to drive the business
  • Lead the business with autonomy while contributing to an inclusive, positive, and progressive team dynamic
  • Understand consumer needs and market opportunities to craft strategy, line plans, and assortments
  • Blend art with science to deliver the right product, at the right price, in the right place, at the right time
  • Work closely with global and geo merchants and cross-functional teams (product creation, planning, brand marketing, finance, operations, insights/analytics)
  • Rely on business reporting including quantitative and qualitative metrics on sales, inventory, consumer behaviors, and trends
