Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts or equivalent, minimum five years of VFX experience for feature films, previous leadership experience, and proficiency with 3ds Max and VRay preferred (Maya -> VRay, Arnold or other software considered). A clear understanding of color space, image-based lighting, shading, and advanced rendering methodologies is also required.
