A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field is required. GxP Experience and IATA/DOT certification, knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements are also a plus.
The work schedule is standard Monday through Friday.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.
A typical day involves coordinating staff and workloads, managing lab equipment repair and calibration, collaborating with onsite teams and departments, tracking inventory, and ensuring smooth lab operations.
