Requirements
- Strong commercial Kotlin experience
- Strong mentorship and coaching experience
- Ability to write simple, clean code
- Experience and understanding of databases (relational databases required, NoSQL preferred)
- Ability to quickly understand complex, financial business domains
- Ability to understand different software architectures rapidly
- Understands abstraction and interpolation
- Able to write comprehensive, automated tests (using JUnit Jupiter, Kotest, TestContainers)

- Deliver elegant, idiomatic solutions in Kotlin
- Contribute new knowledge and experience to collaborative design forums with stakeholders
- Build and integrate new APIs
- Tune existing services as they scale
- Support expansion of new products and supporting services in the US
- Take ownership across a broad remit and make decisions driving material impact
- Work in small teams to solve problems and find smarter solutions
- Mentor and coach team members
