Responsibilities

  • Create new core loops and meta systems to drive engagement, social dynamics, and monetization
  • Develop design docs, user flows, and economy models, and propose A/B test ideas
  • Introduce new units and gameplay elements to refresh Mob Control, ensuring accessibility, fun, and monetization-friendly design
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and artists to bring features from concept to live release, aligning gameplay, UX, and visuals
  • Analyze KPIs and player behavior to inform design choices and identify opportunities to boost retention, engagement, and IAP monetization
  • Own the product's vision, execution, and strategic direction to evolve the game into a top-performing title in the midcore game market
