Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in FP&A, Transaction Services or Audit (scale-up, international group or firm)
  • Strong mastery of Excel and financial modeling (complex datasets, scenarios, sensitivities)
  • Good knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
  • Professional English (investors, international stakeholders)
  • Experience in team management or junior profiles highly appreciated
  • Natural leadership and desire to develop others
  • Ability to transform complexity into simple and impactful messages

Responsibilities

  • Supervise monthly closings with the accounting team (cut-off, provisions, etc.)
  • Produce consolidated reporting (P&L, cashflow, balance sheet) and ensure their consistency
  • Analyze variances (actual vs budget/forecast) and identify performance levers
  • Set up clear dashboards for the CFO, Comex and investors
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts
  • Consolidate departmental inputs and ensure alignment with strategy
  • Build and update cash forecasts
  • Develop robust financial models to project performance and simulate scenarios
  • Perform ad hoc analyses (pricing, client/project profitability, HR structure, etc.)
  • Transform data into clear recommendations to support strategic decisions
  • Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst and an intern
  • Set priorities, support skill development and ensure deliverable quality
  • Foster a culture of analytical excellence and collaboration within the Finance team
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, RH, Product to enrich FP&A analysis
  • Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes and tools (ERP, BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
