Responsibilities

  • Work with the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) finance team to define, prioritize, and communicate the vision and roadmap across Finance Transformation initiatives
  • Enable the finance data product that sends and receives data between Nike Data Foundation (NDF) and the new EPM tool, Anaplan
  • Gather requirements from Anaplan teams to understand their finance data needs and work with Enterprise Data & Analytics engineering teams to enable this by leveraging ETL frameworks and orchestrating data flow from NDF
  • Collaborate with data architects, modelers, engineers, analysts to ensure timely product delivery that conforms to the strategy and overall business goals and timelines
  • Work internally with other data product teams in NDF to understand their needs for forecast data from Anaplan and focus on designing the solution while considering the timeliness and high data quality standards required by business teams to carry out financial close process
  • Provide oversight and communication of the product strategy, features, dependencies and status with relevant stakeholders like Project Management, Technical Partners, Leadership teams
  • Ensure all associated teams have the full business context and understanding of the Nike and Finance environment to create solutions that are insight driven, valuable and aligned with overall strategy
  • Leverage Cognos and Tableau reporting to run validations, analyze data fields and naming standards used to ensure consistency across financial systems and accuracy in the solutions created
