Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft stack application development
- Proven expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications in production
- Demonstrated technical leadership through expertise and hands-on contribution
- Advanced knowledge of .NET/C#, SQL Server (performance tuning, optimization), HTML/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery
- Strong knowledge of Angular/React, distributed systems, microservices architecture
- Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (App Service, SQL Database, Functions, Service Bus)
- Hands-on working knowledge of one or more AI development tools
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and balancing technical debt with long-term architecture goals
- Familiarity with RESTful services, GraphQL
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex, scalable architectural solutions for critical platform modules
- Write production-grade code for high-scale systems handling 2x–4x annual growth
- Lead architectural reviews and drive technical design decisions across the full stack
- Optimize performance through analysis, profiling, and system improvements
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions
- Modernize existing systems by identifying and implementing architectural improvements
- Design future-state architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and implementation strategies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
