Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on engineering relations and community engagement. Strong technical skills in blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum and related protocols, are required, along with experience in building and maintaining developer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Developer Relations Engineer, you will proactively identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with application teams, fostering a thriving ecosystem around Arbitrum technology. You will work closely with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum, solving challenges and accelerating their development. Additionally, you will serve as an advocate and educator for the Arbitrum ecosystem, interacting with the developer community online and in-person, and collaborating with the Product team to incorporate feedback into the roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
