Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in implementing and/or developing Quality Control processes, a process-oriented mindset with systems thinking, a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements, strong people management skills (preferably 3-5 years leading high-performance teams in a service center environment), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive “can do” attitude, attention to detail and focus on quality, ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and keep projects on track, strong stakeholder management skills, and clear and concise communication, along with experience in a service center environment.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for designing, innovating, and optimizing processes and workflows to ensure best-in-class delivery of data quality and efficiency, developing and maintaining clear and concise documentation, including policies, training materials, and work instructions, leading a team of 20+ Quality Control Data Stewards through onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews, fostering a detail-oriented, excellence-driven team culture, monitoring performance and empowering the Quality Control team to meet quality and productivity targets and deadlines, running reports on data quality and performance, supporting the Quality Manager in analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvements, collaborating with other teams and stakeholders like Operations, Engineering, and Product Management, and supporting the Quality Control team.
