Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Experience with Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, Vector DBs, and NLP techniques
Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, including Sagemaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3
Proven ability to mentor and lead AI/ML teams, setting technical direction
Strong communication skills with the ability to present AI-driven insights to stakeholders
Experience managing end-to-end AI/ML projects from conception to deployment
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and AI model optimization techniques
Experience working with large-scale AI solutions in production environments
Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles

Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques
Build generative AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, LangChain, and Hugging Face
Utilize AI/ML frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model development
Design and deploy NLP models, including text classification, CNNs, RNNs, and Transformer-based models like BERT
Ensure robust end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring
Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Provide technical leadership to help resolve challenges and ensure best practices in AI/ML development
Define and drive AI/ML strategy, aligning technical initiatives with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows and products
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize AI-driven decision-making
Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
