Language Lead - Telugu

As a Language Lead, the candidate will supervise a team of linguists, participate in recruitment and training, monitor KPIs, identify training needs, deliver training, provide feedback, support linguists, act as a liaison for terminology and style issues, support onboarding, identify workflow issues, support quality management, perform RCAs, ensure language level quality oversight, identify underperforming linguists, engage with clients, document meetings, implement client feedback, perform translation and review tasks, create and maintain linguistic assets, review test translations, participate in the arbitration process, and communicate translation team assignment preferences.
