Execute filter performance testing for R&D prototype samples to determine if the prototype sample works at customer application
Apply leading edge analytical tools for trace level extractable detection method regarding filtration, separation and purification of microelectronics application
Run metal extractable testing by using ICP-MS
Run organic extractable testing by using GC-MS, LC-MS
Challenge to apply most recent analytical tool to detect trace level extractables
