Requirements

In-depth knowledge of LTE, 5G SA, 5G NSA, and WiFi
Experience with lab automation using AI tools such as TestRigor, and use of LLM and prompts
Experience with device lab testing, and help with lab testing
Ability to triage field issues and define test scenarios for regression
Hands-on experience on network simulation tools such as Keysight, R&D, etc. (nice to have)
Familiarity with the Customer Care call process (nice to have)
Good understanding of iOS and Android mobile architecture, and network topologies (nice to have)
Understanding of functioning of WiFi Connection Managers on UE’s (nice to have)
In-depth technical experience and involvement with wireless network performance testing, including analysis of drive / walk / benchmarking data (nice to have)
Experience with defining and managing wireless network field testing requirements, working in conjunction with other sub-teams (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Manage the needed testing conducted by third party company
Conduct small-scale walk and drive tests when needed
Perform detailed analysis of collected log file data as needed, taking detailed 4G / 5G / WiFi call and data flows into account
Define setup details for benchmarking and drive tests
Make recommendations for improvements to future tests
Create presentations for targeted audiences, technical and executive
Identify complex problems and develop individual algorithms to solve them
Evaluate accuracy and functionality of individual algorithms and understand the overall implications of entire frameworks
Develop and test prototypes and new products and applications to demonstrate functionality and transition algorithms to the Engineering team to put into production
Responsible for the initial design and implementation of future products and applications
Analyze and evaluate solutions both internally generated as well as third party supplied
Develop novel ways to solve problems and discover new products, provide guidance and leadership to more junior researchers
Collaborate and influence immediate team members and collaborate cross functionally
Decipher tasks into functional components and delegate to other members of the team
Integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities
Act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment
May lead teams or projects and shares expertise
