Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be oriented towards results, and be able to quickly absorb and utilize information. They should also be motivated and desire to become a professional in the insurance sector, proficient in computer use (Word, email), and fluent in Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
The Klientų aptarnavimo specialistas (-ė) will provide client consultations and present the most suitable insurance proposals; they will not sell life insurance services (transport, KASKO, property, personal insurance, etc.) to existing and new clients; they will prepare and administer insurance proposals and agreements; and they will actively seek out new clients. They will also focus on building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
