Responsibilities

  • Klantvragen rond sociale zekerheid oplossen via mail, telefoon of brief (bijv. moeder- en vaderschapsrust, rouwverlof, mantelzorg, gelijkstelling wegens ziekte, optimalisatie sociale bijdragen)
  • Klanten administratief begeleiden: formulieren controleren, sociale bijdragen aanpassen, afbetalingsplannen opstellen
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn tussen klant, overheidspartner (RSVZ) en zelfstandigen; klanten informeren over RSVZ-info
  • Kennis delen en uitdagende dossiers bespreken tijdens teamoverleg, verbeterpunten aanhalen en oplossingen zoeken
  • Up-to-date blijven met wijzigingen in wetgeving via studiedienst of eigen onderzoek
  • Ambassadeur van Liantis zijn en waarden uitdragen
