Responsibilities

  • Lead a project focused on finding a scalable efficiency and/or accuracy improvement(s) in our BOH
  • Use data analysis and field observation to define and monitor KPIs in scope
  • Work cross-functionally with Culinary Engineering, Field Operations, Product, and FSQA teams
  • Work within our team and cross functionally to ensure the initiative is pilot ready; if time allows, initiate the launch of the pilot
  • Prepare and present a finalized business case for the initiative
