Requirements

Technical degree in mechanical engineering
At least 5 years of professional experience in production environments
Proven expertise in injection molding process development
Familiarity with the latest injection molding machine technologies
Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in CAD drawing (2D and 3D)
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies
Support the smooth transfer of technology related to molds and injection molding machines
Participate in global projects
Support value streams in assessing moldability and evaluating product development costs
Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for injection molding-related equipment
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors and coordinate the bidding process in partnership with Procurement
Support concept and design reviews with internal process owners and potential external suppliers
Lead the process development for injection molding
Support or lead Design Qualification (DQ), Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT), as well as Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) activities within CAPEX projects
Support or lead equipment implementation
Assist in monitoring and reporting CAPEX expenditures for each project
