Requirements

  • Student of a technical university (preferred majors: biomedical engineering, electronics, medical physics – but not mandatory)
  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak
  • Able to communicate in English (reading service documentation, basic communication with global teams)
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and independently
  • Availability Monday to Friday, willingness to travel
  • Driving license is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Remote Connectivity Management: Connecting new systems to remote service infrastructure
  • Remote Connectivity Management: Maintaining connectivity of existing systems
  • Remote Connectivity Management: Communicating with hospital IT departments regarding network setup, security protocols, and firewall configurations
  • Assisting in the installation and servicing of the latest generation of medical devices (diagnostic imaging) across the country
  • Supporting service engineers during preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Working in accordance with GE HealthCare procedures and safety standards
  • Collaborating with international service support teams
  • Building trust in yourself and your brand as a future Field Service Engineer
