Responsibilities

The Junior Construction Project Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. They will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to address project needs and expectations. Monitoring on-site activities for compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications is crucial. The project manager will prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, manage procurement of materials for timely delivery, identify and mitigate project risks, and support senior project managers in contract negotiations, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
