Requirements

  • Graduation or Post Graduation in any stream or equivalent professional experience (Graduation is must)
  • Candidates from Math/Stats/Data Science/Data Analytics are preferred
  • Strong observation skills to identify product features and anomalies
  • Basic understanding of electronic product categorization, coding logic, and market dynamics
  • High attention to detail, especially during price and data validation checks
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Proficient in using internet search tools for product research and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively within a larger team and with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity throughout the data processing lifecycle
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data
  • Assist in resolving quality issues raised by local operations, statistic operations, and performance excellence teams
  • Adhere to regional and global standards consistently
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and implement requested data changes
  • Raise queries and clarify data-related concerns with stakeholders
  • Maintain positive working relationships and open communication across relevant operations teams to meet client expectations
  • Ensure timely delivery of data outputs in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any data errors or delivery issues
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation of processes, findings, and resolutions
